Autumn advertising... Already.... Oh I suppose stores are full of back-to-school stuff. But I don't go into stores, except when I need something. So I haven't seen it. But here came the on-line Victorian Trading Co. mail. And silly me, it caught me off guard.

Then again, why am I surprised at Autumn selling? The Black Eyed Susans
are beginning to bloom. And they are a late Summer into Fall flower.

Getting a "lot of mileage" out of these lovely Tuberous Begonias in the big pot, on the front step... :-) We always put these flowers, in this pot, and they always thrive. This is facing North, and does not get hardly any direct sunlight. It stays quite moist. They just love it!

You silly girl! You can rant if you want to! There's plenty to rant about, so I get the temptation. I'm really impressed with Trump's wife and kids. And I'm pretty impressed with some of the people he surrounds himself with. If his kids advise him, I will not worry too much. They seem to have a good head for things.

Tessa, I would love to look at that catalog. I love your flowers. The begonias are the prettiest. I have always like them...but I seem to forget to water them enough. I have to admit, that as soon as they start putting things out for Fall, I have a smile on my face (it's my favorite season), although we are still in the thick of summer and the heat wave is upon us. Yes, I couldn't believe my eyes when I went to the craft stores and saw Fall stuff out already. The Victorian Trading Co. advertising looks delightful.

Fall feels a long way from today, Tessa. It's been such a hot week! But, before we know it will be here and we will all enjoy the cooler temps and beauty that Autumn always brings.
