So here goes, again.....

Tammy J. commented;  "...so I think your pretty posts are very very important." So here goes, again.....
.
Tonight is the Full Thunder Moon.  So obviously, the Native American Indians who lived where I live, experienced many thunder storms, at this time of year.

And here are some pretty Faerie illustrations, which she feels are important too.  :-)

Important to keep to our usual ways, and to show beauty.  And not let all the hate, constantly drag us down.
.
So here are the pretty flowers photos....   I'll tell you, my heart is not fully in this....   Showing beauty thing....
.
I am still furious...   Yesterday...  "A 17 year old Afghan asylum seeker who police say carried out an ax attack on a German commuter train pledged loyalty to the Islamic State before slashing at least 5 people, according to a video released Tuesday by the Islamic State."
.
And Obama and Hillary, keep bringing them into our country!!!!!   HOW  DO  I  JUST  POST  PRETTY????

Tessa, I think we're all feeling a bit shell-shocked these days. The pretty helps us relax when every fiber of our being is stressing out big time. I've been avoiding Twitter and Instagram and most news, and have been chilling out on Pinterest and YouTube a lot lately.

How about doing both? Show the pretty while venting your feelings. I've seen bloggers do that before. You certainly should say whatever you like here.

Just hoping we elect a president who'll stop playing games and get things done for a change. I'm not a Trump girl, but I'll probably vote for him in hopes that he turns out to be a good president. He certainly is a man of action, which is what we need. He makes me think of guys like Daddy Warbucks (fictional, I know) and Teddy Roosevelt. We don't need another talker, we need a doer. Hillary is just Obama 2.0, or worse.

it is always a pleasure to view pretty things here and on other blogs. with all the crap we see on tv every single day, it is a relief for the mind and the eyes to stop thinking about all the hurt going on outside....if I get all worked up about the killings and the nothing to stop it going on, I've, at times, had to take an extra blood pressure pill.Sooo, when I feel that much tension, I move over to watch I Love Lucy or The Andy Griffith Show...all the older reruns...helps settle my nerves.

BJ, I love old sitcoms. Great stress reducers (except the later Andy episodes when he was grumpy and the townspeople became REALLY annoying!)

I've been doing yoga every day and that has helped, too. We just have to separate ourselves from the non-stop media circus as often as we can and do things that help us calm down. It's so hard to tune out the troubles of the world. Our hearts bleed for the victims. We care. We can't help it.

My 20 yo daughter is studying to enter the field of law enforcement. I'm afraid for her, but if this is her calling, I have to accept it. All these cop killings are hard for me to stomach. I think of her. She's a tough cookie, but so were the guys who died.

Tessa, I will definitely check out the "full thunder moon" tonight. I didn't see the last interesting moon that you shared though. Well, you know I can't resist a beautiful fairy.

There is so many terrible things happening in our world today, and it saddens me. It's nice to see your "pretty blog post."

and you delivered!
thank you.
and I couldn't agree more with the sheriff.
sgt mike will go into law enforcement when he retires from the air force.
he has trained in special ops to make split decisions every day.
but i'm wishing he would choose ANY other career but law enforcement.
I remember in the 60's when all policemen were called PIGS.
it was a horrible time in our history.
